JAMES Chou｜Founder & CEO

  • Founder & CEO of Raccoon AI, James Chou is a serial entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in the internet and SaaS industries. An alumnus of AppWorks Accelerator Batch 13, he is among the few founders with end-to-end expertise across product, growth, and enterprise sales.

    While in university, James founded Colorgy, a student timetable platform that grew to nearly 2 million registered users. He later joined French startup Zenly, which was subsequently acquired by Snap, where he led growth for the Taiwan and South Korea markets, scaling monthly active users from 50,000 to 1.2 million within one year. After Zenly was integrated into Snap, James continued to lead Asian market expansion for Snapchat across Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, and China.

    James also participated in LINE’s post-acquisition integration of Choco TV, gaining hands-on experience in cross-functional integration, data synchronization, and SaaS localization. In 2018, he founded James Technology Consulting Group, becoming an official strategic Zendesk partner in Taiwan. In 2023, he launched Raccoon AI, a proprietary AI Agent solution developed in-house.

STANLEY Chen｜COO

  • Raccoon AI’s operating leadership, overseeing the company’s business development, marketing, and scalable operations. He has held senior executive roles at leading Asian startups including Lalamove, inline, SHOPLINE, and ShopBack, including regional GM-level positions. His industry experience spans logistics, restaurant technology, e-commerce SaaS, and consumer rewards, giving him first-hand expertise in leading teams to break through highly competitive, fast-growing markets.

    Stanley officially joined Raccoon AI around its 2025 Pre-A fundraising stage. He has since led the post-funding expansion of the business and marketing teams, driven market expansion across Asia, and scaled the company’s consulting service delivery. His role strengthens Raccoon AI’s operational capabilities in enterprise customer implementation and localized service delivery.
