“Raccoon AI Crew” (the “Service”) is provided by James Tech Consulting Co., Ltd. (“JTCG,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all contents of these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

 

1. Service Description

 

The Service enables enterprise customers to use AI employees, such as Jayce, within existing enterprise communication and collaboration platforms to perform the following tasks:

• Receive and process work assigned by users through conversations in group chats or direct messages on enterprise communication platforms;

• Read user-authorized emails, such as Gmail, and produce summaries, task lists, or daily work briefings;

• Read, create, or update user-authorized Notion pages and database content;

• Apply a human-in-the-loop approval mechanism to operations that are irreversible or may have external effect, such as sending emails or updating third-party systems, and perform them only after the user confirms by message; and

• Perform other assistance functions announced by the Service or separately authorized by the user.

The Service requires users to authorize access to relevant third-party platforms, such as enterprise communication platforms, email services, and document collaboration tools. See Section 5, “Third-Party Services,” and the Service’s Privacy Policy.

JTCG reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Service at any time.

 

2. Privacy Protection

 

Please refer to the Service’s Privacy Policy for rules regarding the collection and use of user information.

 

3. Intellectual Property Rights

 

All content in the Service, including but not limited to text, images, software, designs, trademarks, and logos, is owned by JTCG or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Without JTCG’s written authorization, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use the foregoing content.

 

4. User Obligations

 

When using the Service, you agree to:

1. Provide true, accurate, and complete information;

2. Not use the Service to engage in unlawful conduct or infringe the rights of others;

3. Not access JTCG’s systems or another user’s account without authorization;

4. Not distribute malicious programs, spam, or harmful content;

5. Not reverse engineer, decompile, or decrypt the Service;

6. Not use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes;

7. Ensure that you have lawful authority to provide accounts on linked third-party platforms, such as enterprise communication platforms, email services, and document collaboration tools, for access and operation by the Service. If an account belongs to an enterprise or organization, you represent that you have obtained its consent or authorization; and

8. For operations that the Service presents for confirmation under its human-in-the-loop approval mechanism, such as sending external emails or writing to third-party systems, review the accuracy of the content before confirming and assume corresponding responsibility for the results after confirmation.

 

5. Third-Party Services

 

The Service integrates or connects with third-party platforms authorized by users, including enterprise communication platforms, Gmail, and Notion, and may use third-party technology providers, such as Pipedream, as technical intermediaries to connect to those platforms and complete account authorization and data access. JTCG does not guarantee or assume responsibility for API updates, technical failures, data loss, or service interruptions involving those third-party platforms or intermediaries. When using third-party services, you must also comply with their terms of service and privacy policies.

 

6. Disclaimer

 

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. JTCG makes no express or implied warranty that:

1. The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;

2. Data, summaries, drafts, or analysis results provided by the Service will be accurate or complete; or

3. The Service will meet your particular needs.

Content generated by the Service’s AI technology, including email summaries, work briefings, document drafts, and suggested replies, may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. It is provided for reference only and does not constitute a basis for final decisions. For operations involving external communications, funds, legal effect, or other irreversible consequences, the Service will prompt the user for confirmation before execution. The user who confirms and executes the operation remains responsible for the accuracy of the final content and the consequences of execution.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JTCG will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

 

8. Amendments to the Terms

 

JTCG reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be announced on the Service website. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

 

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

 

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China. The parties agree that the Taiwan Taipei District Court will be the court of first instance with jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
